I am a storyteller. I am a romantic. I eat a lot of ice cream. I walked down the aisle to "Here Comes The Sun." I still cry at weddings. I have been known to crawl around on the floor in order to get the perfect shot.

Enough about me...

I would love the opportunity to grab coffee with you and your fiance — to show you some albums, to go over packages, but mostly to get to know you! I'm a sucker for weddings and I would love to hear about all the special details you have planned!

Please know that I absolutely love my clients and often become great friends with them. Your wedding day is very special and I want to make sure that we are the perfect fit for each other. With that being said, I do not contract a wedding unless I am certain that we are a perfect match for each other. After all it is your wedding day and I want to make sure you have everything you deserve.

I seek the quiet, the simple, the soft.

Looking through my portfolio, you'll see that my work is very reflective of that. Something I always try to do with my clients is give them a good 15 minutes where I'm not directing or interfering -- but rather just allowing them to enjoy and appreciate each other on such a busy and hectic day. I want them to have some peace and quiet,  a moment together where they can just breath and relax and think about what's going on before it's passed and they've missed it. My wedding photographer gave that to me on my wedding day and I consider it the best gift I received that day. It is my goal to pass that on to each of my clients.

All that to say that I describe my style as quiet, soft, calm, romantic, sensual, feminine and "pretty." I love natural light and will do everything possible to avoid using flash. I like simple, non-distracting backgrounds that don't take away from my clients. I am drawn to rustic, funky, crumbling spaces because I think they make my clients look shiny when photographed in front of them. My style is also very dependent on my clients -- I like to learn as much about them as I can before and on their wedding day so as to ensure that their final images really reflect who they are as a couple.
